Packaging of Original Art

Original paintings and fine art pieces are packaged with extreme care to ensure safe delivery.
Depending on the artwork, packaging may include:

  • Protective wrapping

  • Custom-fit boxes

  • Reinforced materials

  • Corner protectors

Large or high-value artworks may be shipped in specialized crates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Duties

  • Other local charges

These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Digital downloads are delivered instantly.

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate download link by email.

  • No shipping fees or physical delivery apply.

  • If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
