Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation Coaching

I am a qualified mindfulness and emotional regulation coach, artist, and poet with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and advanced expertise in integrating contemplative practice with clinical science. I specialise in guiding individuals whose emotional and inner lives are intense, nuanced, and often misunderstood and those who feel deeply, using DBT inspired, transpersonal psychology inspired, and spiritual practises to think expansively, and experience profound fluctuations in mood, thought, and energy.

My work is rooted in the belief that sensitivity is not a flaw at all. Rather, it is a form of wisdom, and that with the right tools, emotional intensity can be transformed into clarity, resilience, and creativity. Those who experience life with heightened intensity are often told they are “too much,” when in reality they possess a remarkable perceptual acuity that allows them to sense subtleties others cannot. When guided skilfully, this depth becomes a source of clarity, resilience, creativity, and spiritual growth.

I work with individuals navigating:

• Intensely fluctuating emotional states that can feel overwhelming
• Deep fear of abandonment, rejection, or being misunderstood
• Periods of numbness or dissociation alongside emotional surges
• Difficulty managing impulses, maintaining stability, or regulating responses

Through my signature programme, Mindful Living: A 13-Week Journey into Emotional Regulation, Flow, and Embodied Healing, I guide individuals step by step into a more grounded, and compassionate relationship with themselves.

This structured journey combines:

  • Foundational mindfulness practices such as breath awareness, body scans, and sitting meditation, helping individuals return to the present moment with steadiness.

  • Practical emotion-regulation skills including urge surfing, opposite action, and self-soothing, offering ways to respond rather than react when emotions feel overwhelming.

  • Somatic awareness and movement practices to release tension, reconnect with the body, and process emotions that words alone cannot reach.

  • Healing themes working with anger, shame, compassion, boundaries, and joy addressed gently through meditation, reflection, and safe group practices.

  • Practical tools for regulation: Weekly DBT-inspired integrations that provide clear, actionable strategies for calming the nervous system, managing urges, emotional regulation and fostering self-compassion.

Each week introduces a new layer beginning with waking up from autopilot, then anchoring in the body, befriending the mind, meeting emotions with kindness, and moving into deeper healing of anger, shame, and past wounds. Later sessions focus on opening the heart, cultivating boundaries, stepping into flow states, and reclaiming joy.

My approach is trauma-sensitive, compassionate, integrates DBT inspired tools, transpersonal psychological approaches and is deeply practical. I meet participants exactly where they are, helping them to:

  • Regulate powerful emotions without becoming lost in them.

  • Reduce stress and find calm in both body and mind.

  • Build resilience by developing a compassionate inner dialogue.

  • Reconnect with joy, flow, and a sense of embodied wholeness.
