  • Respond instead of react: Practical emotion-regulation skills, including urge surfing, opposite action, and self-soothing, help you navigate mood swings and overwhelming feelings including fear of abandonment with clarity and choice.

  • Reconnect with your body: Somatic awareness and movement practices release tension, ease stress, and help you process emotions that words alone cannot reach.

  • Heal deep emotional wounds: Gentle exploration of anger, shame, compassion, boundaries, and joy supports transformation at a profound, embodied level.

  • Apply practical strategies weekly: DBT-informed integrations provide clear, actionable tools to calm your nervous system, regulate urges, and foster self-compassion including responding mindfully to fear of abandonment.

Each session builds progressively from awakening from autopilot, befriending your mind, and meeting emotions with kindness, to responding to mood swings, healing old wounds, navigating fear of abandonment, cultivating boundaries, stepping into flow states, and reclaiming joy.
